PornClap respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to valid claims of copyright infringement reported to our designated agent.

We do not host video content

This site does not host any video files on its own servers. Videos are embedded from and hosted by third party websites. If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed, the most effective remedy is usually to contact the site that actually hosts the file. We can still remove the embed and its listing from our index upon a valid notice.

Filing a notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may report allegedly infringing material by sending a written notice to our designated agent. To be effective, your notice must include the following.

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific page addresses where it appears, so that we can locate it.
  4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter notice and repeat infringers

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. 512(g). We reserve the right to remove content and to terminate access for users determined to be repeat infringers.
